Yes- The marriage license can be applied for in-person at the local clerk and recorders office in your city if you are in the state of Colorado. The marriage license can be applied for online if you are not in the state of Colorado but want to get married here. Once received, the marriage license is valid for 35 days.
Are there any pre-wedding requirements, such as counseling?
The only pre-wedding requirement is applying for your marriage license
Will I have input in the ceremony, and will I be allowed to review the ceremony beforehand?
Elopement Ceremonies -non-personalized $125
You are able to choose from multiple pre-written ceremonies. Ceremonies presented to you will be relatable to you and your fiance based on your responses to the consultation form. You will be able to review the ceremony before the day of your wedding.
These ceremonies are customized/personalized. Multiple drafts will be sent to you the couple for your review before your big day.
Are you willing to marry us at a nonreligious site (if applicable)?
Yes. I will officiate in a formal setting such as event centers and banquet halls, in religious settings churches, synagogues, temples, etc, outdoor venues. Informal settings such as homes and state parks.
Are you open to personalized vows, readings, poems or music?
Personalized vows, readings and poems can only be added to customizable/personalized wedding packages.
Vows or readings that you provide can always be added no matter the package.

Are you available on my date and legally able to perform a marriage in the state/country where we will have the wedding?
