A rehearsal day is not included in the wedding packages
This fee reserves me for 2 hours on your rehearsal day.

Non-Refundable Retainer
30% of the total package fee is due at the signing of the contract. The remainder of the ceremony fee is due at the rehearsal. The fee is determined once the package is chosen.
This fee is a non-refundable fee that reserves the officiant on the scheduled date and time of the rehearsal (if included) and wedding ceremony.

Holiday Fee
The fee is due at the signing of the contract, along with the retainer.
This fee is charged for ceremonies (officiating and day of coordinating) that will take place on a holiday or weekend of a holiday- i.e. Memorial Day Weekend
Holidays- New Years Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July, 4th of July weekend, Labor Day, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas

Travel Fee
No travel fee is charged if your venue or location is 20 miles away or less from the 71109 zip code.
- Mileage over 20 miles is billed at $0.70 per mile round trip (mileage fee changes annually based on the IRS rates)
- Travel fee applies to travel to the rehearsal and to the ceremony.
